LLI NOVA (Annandale Campus)
   390 members  
   Dues:  $110 annual but considering raising
   Two full semesters (50 classes each), plus limited summer program
   Significant use of NOVA faculty instructors
   Part-time paid administrator (Pay approx. 800 hrs / $12,000 year)
   Monthly newsletter but no online class registration (yet).
   Awards scholarships to NOVA students ($20,000 annually) funded entirely by voluntary member donations.
   More formal working relationship (MOU) with NVCC than we (LLI-Manassas) have.

Osher LLI George Mason Univ (Fairfax campus)

   1100 members ($450,000 annual operating budget)

   Dues:  $425/yr for full privileges (all classes, four quarters).  $150 Introductory (one academic quarter)

   Full-time Executive Director plus part-time admin assistants

   Three campuses (Fairfax, Loudon and Reston); year-round classes

   Fully integrated into GMU with university privileges (parking, library)

   Extensive, functional website (university platform)

ElderStudy Mary Washington Univ (Fredericksburg)

   350 members

   Dues:  $72 annual  ($14,000 operating budget)

   Two semesters (45 classes each)

   All-volunteer staff; no paid positions

   Dedicated classroom furnished by university on Stafford campus

   Extensive use of MWUniv faculty instructors

   Minimal website/online presence

LLI-Chesterfield County (sponsored by Virginia Commonwealth Univ and the Virginia Center on Aging

   Dues:  $150 annual

   Fall, spring and summer semesters

   Executive Director plus office staff (paid?)

   Dedicated classroom furnished by Chesterfield County

   Extensive website; online registration and membership via Google forms.

LLI-James Madison Univ (Harrisonburg)

   ?? membership Dues $20/year but pay fee for each class/course 

   Fully integrated into JMU; under Dean of Outreach and Engagement

   Uses JMU classroom facilities

Osher LLI University of Richmond

   ?? membership

   Fully integrated into university; part of School of Prof & Continuing Studies

   Dues:  "Gold" level (all classes) $350/year  "Silver" level $75/year but pay for classes

Osher LLI University of Virginia

   2016-17:  1900 student participants; 165 courses, 200 instructors

   Heavily endowed by Osher

   Dues:  $50 per semester; $50 for first course; $10 per additional course

   Executive Director; appears fully integrated into university

LLI—Virginia Tech (Blacksburg)
